499dt Terms and Conditions

499dt ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between all members ("User", "you") who use the 499dt platform and 499dt.

These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. 499dt reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 499dt is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — the bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled first.
• 499dt reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• 499dt monitors all large transactions to prevent money laundering.

499dt offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its new and regular members. The following conditions apply when claiming a bonus:

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be completed to withdraw the welcome bonus.
• The bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• The deadline for claiming a bonus will be stated separately for each offer.
• 499dt reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• Each promotional offer may have its own specific conditions.
• Under the VIP program, special benefits are available across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond.

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activities on the 499dt platform:

• Once any bet or game has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 499dt will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• Game software errors or abnormal results will be considered void.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply separately for each game.
• 499dt is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet disconnection.
• Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and other providers are subject to their own rules.
• For sports betting, the specific rules for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports must be followed.

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game, 499dt's decision will be considered final. Please contact support for any disputes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any artificial means to play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or software errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to play dishonestly.
• Using false or fake identity documents.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities on the platform.
• Harassing or disturbing other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If a prohibited activity is identified, 499dt reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 499dt is not responsible for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or other technical issues.
• Account security breaches caused by unauthorized third parties (where the user's own negligence is a factor).
• Loss resulting from service termination due to changes in government policy or legal reasons.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.
• Loss caused by issues in a third-party game provider's system.

Gaming is a risky activity. The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss. 499dt does not guarantee a win or a specific outcome in any game.
